Lillian  comes to Lancaster searching for a peace that she has been unable to find her whole life.  She moves in with her Amish grandparents and keeps her eyes open, searching.  She didn’t expect to meet Samuel, or to be so intrigued by the Amish lifestyle.  Will she find the peace she searches for among these Plain people?

Samuel thought that he’d never love again after Rachel.  When this Englisher needed a ride, who knew that his life was about to change forever.  Samuel and Lillian became fast friends.  Will they be able to be more?

This story will make you cry and laugh.  Wiseman develops her characters in a way that makes you want to reach out and hug them.
