To new Francine River's Fan- Redeeming Love is one of the best in Christian Fiction. Even my high school son said that it was the best book he has ever read. He is a well-read young man, so that is quite a compliment. Several of my high school English honors students have read and loved it. That is my two cents anyway.

I would recommend Karen Kingsbury's new "Above the Line" series. The first title in that series is "Take One".
I hope this helps.

This is my first visit here. I just finished reading the Mark of the Lion series by Francine Rivers and also a few other of her books. What would you most highly recommend to start reading?

Hi,I'm not sure if only authors are supposed to post here,so I apologize if that is the case. I thought of several authors that were not on the list....

I would add Debra Clopton who wrote the wonderful Mule Hollow Matchmakers series,Tracie Peterson (several),Kristen Heitzmann (several),Susan May Warren, whose Noble Legacy series I just finished,Tamera Alexander(several), Mary Connealy(several),Stephanie Grace Whitson(several),Robin Caroll(several), and Amanda Cabot is an author that I have high hopes for after reading her first book in the Texas Dreams Series-"Paper Roses".

I had never heard of Linda Strawn, and I was thrilled to discover that her books Singing Winds is a WW/NA romance,as there are too few of those in "clean" romances, and multicultural romance is rarely touched at all except by The Prairie Winds Series, and the Dakota Moon Series by Stephanie Grace Whitson, and the hunky Mexican hero in "Awaken My Heart by DiAnn Mills. Both of these are two more Christian authors.
